Air Ventilation System

Kitchen hot & fresh air system is the process of changing or replacing air in kitchen space to provide control temperature, replenish oxygen, odors, heat, smoke, dust, airbone bacteria & carbon dioxide. Ventilation is used to remove unpleasent smells and excessive moisture, introduce outside air, to keep kitchen air circulating and to prevent stagnation of interior air.

Ventilation includes both the exchange of air to the outside as well as circulation of air within kitchen space. It is one of the important factors for maintaining acceptable indoor air quality in kitchen.
